genmipmap-errors: Check for GL_ARB_depth_texture before creating a depth texture
Neither GL_EXT_packed_depth_stencil nor GL_ARB_depth_buffer_float
implies that the implementation can create depth textures. This affects
the R200 driver in Mesa, for example.
