Add Intel Fast Flash Standby partition GPT type
This is used by Intel Rapid Start Technology, which is exposed with 3.11 kernels. Under MBR, 0x84 hibernation partition is (re-)used for the same purpose. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=68909
