drm/i915: Support SSEU configuration for virtual enginemedia-4.19.0-rc8
A new flag (I915_SSEU_USE_ENGINE_MAP_INDEX) is introduced which allows
alternative method of addressing engines when using the
I915_CONTEXT_PARAM_SSEU context parameter.
When set, instead of the default engine class:instance addressing, engine
map index is passed in the engine_instance field, while the engine_class
field must be set to I915_ENGINE_CLASS_INVALID.
In case of the Virtual Engine, the index of zero should be used as when
submitting batch buffers. In this case all engines from the engine map
have to support the SSEU configurability.
