xkb: Initialize 'bad' Atom in _XkbSetNamesCheck
When _XkbCheckAtoms returns NULL for an error, it always sets the
error return code, but GCC can't figure that out, so just initialize
the local variable, 'bad', in _XkbSetNamesCheck to eliminate the warning.
