drm/i915/docs: Prefere :internal: over :function: includes

Explicit ordering is somewhat nicer for readers, but it also means
that it doesn't get updated after the initial commit, we're just
missing some.

To prevent that switch over to :internal: for our include stanzas
across the board. The exceptions are i915_perf.c, which probably
should be split along the three sections, and intel_dp_drrs code,
which again should probably be split.
