drm/fb-helper: Rename module option to avoid drm 2x
It's a bit too much. This might break some things, but I also think
module options aren't too much stable uapi.
Also while at it mark the dangerous option as unsafe, it leaks
physical addresses and can't really be used in a safe way by
userspace.
