tools headers UAPI: Update tools's copy of drm.h headers
Picking the changes from:
17ce9c61c71cbc0d ("drm: document DRM_IOCTL_MODE_RMFB")
Doesn't result in any tooling changes:
$ tools/perf/trace/beauty/drm_ioctl.sh > before
$ cp include/uapi/drm/drm.h tools/include/uapi/drm/drm.h
$ tools/perf/trace/beauty/drm_ioctl.sh > after
$ diff -u before after
Silencing these perf build warnings:
