tcg: Use a GHashTable for tcg_find_helper
Slightly changes the interface, in that we now return name instead of a TCGHelperInfo structure, which goes away. Reviewed-by: Stefan Weil <sw@weilnetz.de> Signed-off-by: Richard Henderson <rth@twiddle.net>
