xkb: rename XkbFakeDeviceButton and XkbFakeDeviceMotion, move into xkbActions.c
The name XkbDDXFakeDeviceButton and XkbDDXFakeDeviceMotion is somewhat misleading, there's no DDX involved in the game at all anymore. This removes XkbFakeDeviceMotion and XkbFakeDeviceButton from the API where it arguably shouldn't have been in the first place.
