softfloat: add float{x80,128}_maybe_silence_nan()
Add float{x80,128}_maybe_silence_nan() functions, they will be need by propagateFloat{x80,128}NaN(). Reviewed-by: Peter Maydell <peter.maydell@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: Aurelien Jarno <aurelien@aurel32.net>
