Move DGA from extmod to built-in
Rather than leave DGA languishing in extmod, move it to be a built-in extension. As it's quite specific to the Xorg DDX, just move it sideways to the rest of the DGA code in hw/xfree86/common, and initialise it from xf86ExtensionInit, rather than miinitext.
