A small patch for Alex Neundorf, the KDE cmake god:
"attached is a small patch which makes the pkgconfig pc-file installation
follow CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX also when CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX is set later on
(and not already initially).
If the install dir is not absolute path, it is considered relative to
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX.
So if somebody wants to install the pc-file to a completely different
location, this can still be done by simply entering the full install dir in
PKGCONFIG_INSTALL_DIR."
