Added conditional compilation directive to have PCL and PXL assume the
device will perform all color conversion, specifically colors will be
passed through the graphics library as device rgb triples and will be
interpreted by the device as SRGB triples. Device independent color
spaces or color rendering dictionaries will not be used.
This should improve the performance of WW2KA122.prn and ACDsee.prn by
about 20%. Unfortunately, almost all test files will have slight
color shifts. The regression test device (ppmraw) will now receive
colors directly without going through cie conversion.
