Set correct default color profiles for all color spaces of the CUPS Raster device
If no output profile is supplied by the user via "-sOutputICCProfile=...", set a default profile appropriate to the selected color space (RGBish additive, CMYKish subtractive, or grayscale). This should really be the last piece of the fix for bug 691922.
