Users have reported that the current limit of forty-two subfonts
in fontview’s CID menu is too confining.
All of fontforge’s other subfont-related code uses dynamic allocation;
only the CID menu array needs expansion.
Bug reported by Richard Cook.
Thanks to Ken Lunde for a test font with 256 single-glyph subfonts.
