tools/chroot.sh improvements.
- Consider arch when calling debootstrap
- Make sure sudo is installed on debian, required by cerbero bootstrap
- Use etc/debian_chroot instead of changing hostname, fixes PS1 and does not have issues with
changing my machine hostname
