lib/xe/oa: Switch generated files to Xe namespace
The Xe IGT library occupies a different namespace ('intel_xe') from the i915 IGT library ('intel' or 'i915'). The generated files are also part of the Xe IGT library. Therefore make sure the functions and data structs in the generated files conform to Xe namespace.
