ieee1394: sbp2: clean up sbp2_ namespace
Prepend sbp2*_ to anything globally defined in sbp2.c except for some macros. Strip sbp2_ from names of struct members. Signed-off-by: Stefan Richter <stefanr@s5r6.in-berlin.de>
