utils/compile_gwt_clients.py: Make it use logging infrastructure
The script wasn't using the logging infrastructure, this patch makes its output to be consistent with other autotest utilities (anyway a previous patch had added basic logging config to show the commands being run by utils.system()) Risk: Low (Change is only for consistency sake, and it has been tested, everything works OK after patch).
