>>ASSERTION Good A
A call to xname presents a variable argument list programming interface
for querying properties or features of the specified input method. This
function returns NULL if successful, otherwise it returns the name of the
first argument that could not be obtained. The only standard argument
defined by Xlib is XNQueryInputStyle.
>>STRATEGY
For all locales, open an input method, call XGetIMValues using
XNQueryInputStyle and check the return value for non-null, also check
the styles returned for valid entries and non-zero.
