Hardware support for 3D textures (disabled for now - see ENABLE_HW_3D_TEXTURE).
Only works with texgen'd coordinates now since glTexCoord3() isn't handled yet.
Re-implemented the r200SetTexImages() function. Always use a 1KB-wide blit
pitch. This simplifies things a lot.
Misc clean-up (new comments, renamed vars, etc).
