2015-11-02CRIS v32: remove old GPIO and LEDs codeRabin Vincent2-150/+1
Since we now have a gpiolib driver, remove this code: The gpio-etraxfs driver (along with things like gpio-keys-polled for polling support) replaces the GIO driver implementations in mach-a3 and mach-fs. The various generic external chip drivers replace the "virtual gpio" parts. The generic gpio-leds driver replaces the LED handling. 2014-01-08cris: remove deprecated IRQF_DISABLEDMichael Opdenacker1-2/+2
This patch proposes to remove the IRQF_DISABLED flag from CRIS architecture code. It's a NOOP since 2.6.35 and it will be removed one day. Comments mentioning IRQF_DISABLED are also updated, knowing that all interrupts are now "fast interrupts", their handlers running with interrupts disabled. Don't hesitate to let me know if you have other ways of rephrasing the comments! This is an update for 3.11 of a patch already sent for 3.10 Signed-off-by: Michael Opdenacker <michael.opdenacker@free-electrons.com> Signed-off-by: Jesper Nilsson <jespern@axis.com>

This patch moves cpufreq drivers of CRIS architecture to drivers/cpufreq. Signed-off-by: Viresh Kumar <viresh.kumar@linaro.org> Acked-by: Jesper Nilsson <jesper.nilsson@axis.com> Signed-off-by: Rafael J. Wysocki <rafael.j.wysocki@intel.com>
2013-04-02cpufreq: Notify all policy->cpus in cpufreq_notify_transition()Viresh Kumar1-13/+7
policy->cpus contains all online cpus that have single shared clock line. And their frequencies are always updated together. Many SMP system's cpufreq drivers take care of this in individual drivers but the best place for this code is in cpufreq core. This patch modifies cpufreq_notify_transition() to notify frequency change for all cpus in policy->cpus and hence updates all users of this API. 2008-10-15cpufreq: remove policy->governor setting in drivers initializationDominik Brodowski1-1/+0
As policy->governor is already set to CPUFREQ_DEFAULT_GOVERNOR in the (always built-in) cpufreq core, we do not need to set it in the drivers. This fixes the sparc64 allmodconfig build failure. Also, remove a totally useles setting of ->policy in cpufreq-pxa3xx.c. Signed-off-by: Dominik Brodowski <linux@dominikbrodowski.net> Acked-by: David S. 2008-02-08CRIS v32: Add new machine dependent files for Etrax-FS and Artpec-3.Jesper Nilsson11-0/+1945
The two chips are somewhat different, and needs different handling. Adds handing of the dma, dram initialization, hardware settings, io, memory arbiter and pinmux Also moves the dma, dram initialization and io from CRIS v32 common files.
