including the following fixes:
- Make keyhook feature work in multiwindowmode too
- Hook windows keys
- Fix crash with non-nullterminated strings (reported by Øyvind Harboe)
- From Bug #1945: Stop unnecessary reordering. Patch by Alexander Gottwald
and Kensuke Matsuzaki.
