Most Telepathy projects assign names to releases. The names are basically meaningless, and are typically some sort of in-joke based on recent events in #telepathy and/or Collabora.

(Gabble 0.8 release names are mostly recipes from [[http://pvspade.com/Sartre/cookbook.html|The Jean-Paul Sartre Cookbook]].)

Some sample release names from past releases, to give an idea:

 * The “even children are made of atoms” release.
 * The "Use STAPLE REMOVER on TREMENDOUS DANGEROUS-LOOKING YAK" release.
 * The "where did you get your bear?" release.
 * The [[http://www.tigase.org/|"an enzyme that breaks down tigers"]] release.

Sometimes the person doing the release can't think of a good name. Please donate surplus (unused) release names to this page, and delete them if/when you use them :-)

 * "foo bar baz $foo"'$badger'"$waffles" does the right thing
 * I've got to make an appointment and cancel it
