vfio/pci: Handle subsystem realpath() returning NULL
Fix error reported by Coverity where realpath can return NULL,
resulting in a segfault in strcmp(). This should never happen given
that we're working through regularly structured sysfs paths, but
trivial enough to easily avoid.
