Fix build with Bison 3
The Bison 3 generated sources do not seem to define YYID, so our
YYLLOC_DEFAULT definition was broken. No idea what any of this means,
but sberg said I can safely remove the YYID usage, so if it kills your
pet, you know whom to blame.
