Pull mtd fixes from Miquel Raynal:
"MTD core:
- MAINTAINERS: Add Michal as reviewer instead of Naga
- mtdchar: Mark bits of ioctl handler noinline

- Don't set the NAND frequency select
- Ensure timing values are written
- ingenic: Fix empty stub helper definitions
