drivers/of: Return allocated memory from of_fdt_unflatten_tree()
This returns the allocate memory chunk, storing the unflattened device
tree, from of_fdt_unflatten_tree() so that memory chunk can be released
on demand in PowerNV PCI hotplug driver.
