2020-05-28macintosh/ams-input: switch to using input device polling modeDmitry Torokhov1-19/+18
Now that instances of input_dev support polling mode natively, we no longer need to create input_polled_dev instance. Signed-off-by: Dmitry Torokhov <dmitry.torokhov@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Michael Ellerman <mpe@ellerman.id.au> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20191002214854.GA114387@dtor-ws

2018-01-28macintosh/ams-input: Use true and false for boolean valuesGustavo A. R. Silva1-2/+2
Assign true or false to boolean variables instead of an integer value. This issue was detected with the help of Coccinelle Signed-off-by: Gustavo A. R. Silva <gustavo@embeddedor.com> Reviewed-by: Michael Hanselmann <public@hansmi.ch> Signed-off-by: Michael Ellerman <mpe@ellerman.id.au>
2013-08-14macintosh/ams: Replace strict_strtoul() with kstrtoul()Jingoo Han1-1/+5
The usage of strict_strtoul() is not preferred, because strict_strtoul() is obsolete. Thus, kstrtoul() should be used. Signed-off-by: Jingoo Han <jg1.han@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Benjamin Herrenschmidt <benh@kernel.crashing.org>
2012-01-13module_param: make bool parameters really bool (drivers & misc)Rusty Russell1-2/+2
module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy trick. It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. For this version it'll simply give a warning, but it'll break next kernel version. Acked-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>
2010-10-28Move ams driver to macintoshJean Delvare1-0/+157
The ams driver isn't a hardware monitoring driver, so it shouldn't live under driver/hwmon. drivers/macintosh seems much more appropriate, as the driver is only useful on PowerBooks and iBooks.
