Merge branch 'tcp-tcp_v4_err-cleanups'
Eric Dumazet says: ==================== tcp: tcp_v4_err() cleanups This series is a followup of patch 239174945dac ("tcp: tcp_v4_err() icmp skb is named icmp_skb").
