usbredirparser: Update API for 64 bit packet ids
-ABI and API breakage !! -Bump libusbredirparser soname version -Change version to 0.5 so that libusbredirparser users can test for the new API Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com>
