configure: Bump Mono dependency to 2.8.2 (bgo#690020)
We were depending on Mono 2.4.3 which is ancient and has more probabilities
of having some bugs that may affect Banshee.
As we mentioned in the roadmap [1], we were aiming at bumping this
dependency soon, at least to 2.8.2.
