Add XSyncAwaitFence() handler
-Add the actual ProcSyncAwaitFence() dispatch func -Add support for fence sync triggers. Signed-off-by: James Jones <jajones@nvidia.com> Reviewed-by: Keith Packard <keithp@keithp.com>
