Merge remote-tracking branch 'whot/barriers'
Conflicts: Xi/xichangehierarchy.c Small conflict with the patch from Xi: don't use devices after removing them Was easily resolved by hand. Signed-off-by: Keith Packard <keithp@keithp.com>
