Changes from blackbox to hackedbox:
  - added two configure options "--enable-bg-utils and --enable-bloat"
  - Made all the neccesary hacks to make it "hackedbox" :-)
Changes from hackedbox to hackedbox for win:
  - deleted window decoration and menu
  - add Windows rootless window management extension
