rules: remove lv5:lsgt_switch_lock_cancel and friends
These have been commented out for over 12 years because they're
apparently broken, see 569dd72bd4b and
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41621
Let's remove those, we can reinstate those if there are users that
can make these rules work.
Fixes #445
