tdf#159830 - [LOCALHELP] Update Help page on File Properties additions (DUBLIN CORE)
In /text/shared/01/about_meta_tags.xhp
- Added bookmark information to make the page easier to find in the Help index and search function
- Added instructions for accessing the Description tab to the "How to Get" section.
- Updated description.
- Restructured page to improve readability.
- Added descriptions and DCMI definitions for new elements: Contributor, Coverage, Identifier, Publisher, Relation, Rights, Source, and Type.
- Added DCMI descriptions for elements: Title and Subject.
- Added descriptions for "Help", "Reset", "OK", and "Cancel" buttons.
- Added a "Related Topics" section, including a link to the DCES page on the DCMI website.
In /text/shared/01/about_meta_tags.xhp:
- Added Variable and Link tags to allow the file to be easily linked from other pages.
