drm-uapi/xe: Remove unused flags
This aligns with kernel commit ("drm/xe/uapi: Remove unused flags"). As a consequence, some tests which dependend on the removed flags are also removed. Also, ensure that the removed flag values are no longer accepted to prevent mismatch. v2: - Rebase after removal of persistent exec_queues (Francois Dugast) - Update xe-fast-feedback.testlist (Rodrigo Vivi) Signed-off-by: Francois Dugast <francois.dugast@intel.com> Reviewed-by: Rodrigo Vivi <rodrigo.vivi@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Rodrigo Vivi <rodrigo.vivi@intel.com>
