alpha: kill xf86SlowBCopyToBus and xf86SlowBCopyFromBus

xf86SlowBCopyToBus and xf86SlowBCopyFromBus cause segfaults on my
system.

Also remove associated slowbcopy_tobus/slowbcopy_frombus macros.
