2014-02-27staging: rtl8187se: Convert CHANNEL_LIST typedef into a struct.Ana Rey1-4/+4
The Documentation/CodingStyle doesn't recommend the use of typedef, convert this to structure. While at it, I have also renamed the variable names that were used in this typedef not to use Hungarian notation. 2013-11-19staging: rtl8187se: fix coding style in function declarationsAna Rey1-56/+66
Removed innecessary spaces and indentation errors in function definition (including some curly braces wrongly placed and broke up at 80-chars per line). I still see some errors if I run the checkpatch.pl script, but those are not my fault. I'll address them in follow up patches. 2011-08-23drivers/staging/rtl8187se: Don't pass huge struct by valueJesper Juhl1-2/+2
struct ieee80211_network is fairly large (more than half a kilobyte), so let's pass a pointer instead of passing the entire structure by value when ieee80211_is_54g() and ieee80211_is_shortslot() need to look at a few members. Also remove parentheses around the values being returned from those two functions - 'return' is not a function. 2009-01-06Staging: add rtl8187se driverGreg Kroah-Hartman1-0/+1755
This is a driver for the Realtek 8187 "SE" wireless PCI devices in some netbook computers (MSI Wind, and others). It includes its own copy of the ieee80211 stack, but it is compiled into the driver to prevend duplicate symbol issues. This version comes from Ralink with no authorship, but it is based on an old version of the rtl8180 driver from Andrea Merello. It was hacked up a bit to get it to build properly within the kernel tree and to properly handle the merged wireless stack within the driver.
