drm/i915: Allow configuring context width
Context width will allow sending more than one batch to more than one
engine in one execbuf2 ioctl call.
New context param I915_CONTEXT_PARAM_WIDTH is added to accomplish this.
It can be modified only on pristine contexts which are configured as
queues (I915_GEM_CONTEXT_SINGLE_TIMELINE), and which have an allowed
engine map set (I915_CONTEXT_PARAM_ENGINES).
Only widths equal or greater than two are allowed.
