* glib/gstrfuncs.c: Convert the results of strerror()
and strsignal() to UTF-8.
* glib/gconvert.c glib/gdir.c glib/giochannel.c glib/giounix.c
glib/giowin32.c: Use g_strerror(), not strerror().
