Use MAKE_ACCESSORS() to generate accessors for paletted formats
Add support in convert_pixel_from_a8r8g8b8() and
convert_pixel_to_a8r8g8b8() for conversion to/from paletted formats,
then use MAKE_ACCESSORS() to generate accessors for the indexed
formats: c8, g8, g4, c4, g1
