Object, ELF: Use error code instead of calling report_fatal_error()
Make createELFObjectFile() return object_error::parse_failed on encountering invalid ELF file, instead of crashing the program. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@238481 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
