xserver: remove AbsoluteClass, breaking the A(P|B)I
This struct was unused and has been effectively removed in
commit 633b81e8ba09cc6a1ea8b43f323874fda2cf0bde
Refs: xorg-server-1.10.0-133-g633b81e
Remove the remainder, with an ABI bump to 13.0.
