- DT compatibility with old atags booting protocol for Nokia N900

- PSCI firmware interface using new arm-smc calling convention from
Jens Wiklander.
- Runtime patching for udiv/sdiv instructions for ARMv7 CPUs that
support these instructions from Nicolas Pitre.
