Xming: Apply window style hints in -multiwindow mode
Remove frames from 'dock' windows and make them topmost in -multiwindow mode. Remove frames from windows with MOTIF_WM_HINTS of no decorations in -multiwindow mode. Apply some _NET_WM_STATE hints in -multiwindow mode.
