2005-10-28[ARM] 3001/1: Replace map_desc.physical with map_desc.pfn: IntegratorDeepak Saxena2-24/+122
Patch from Deepak Saxena Integrator map_desc.pfn conversion Signed-off-by: Deepak Saxena <dsaxena@plexity.net> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-10-21[ARM] Fix Integrator IM/PD-1 supportRussell King1-7/+8
Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-09-04[ARM] Wrap calls to descriptor handlersRussell King1-1/+1
This is part of Thomas Gleixner's generic IRQ patch, which converts ARM to use the generic IRQ subsystem. Here, we wrap calls to desc->handler() in an inline function, desc_handle_irq(). This reduces the size of Thomas' patch since the changes become more localised. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-07-29[ARM SMP] Ensure secondary CPUs see their pen releaseRussell King1-0/+2
Since the secondary CPUs will not be operating in symetric mode while they are held in the pen, we need to ensure that the write to pen_release is visible to them, by flushing the cache. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-07-20[PATCH] ARM SMP: Mark mroe CPU init data with __cpuinitdataRussell King1-2/+2
Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-07-17[PATCH] ARM SMP: Mark CPU init functions/data with __cpuinit/...dataRussell King1-2/+2
Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-07-11[PATCH] ARM SMP: Initialise cpu_present_mapRussell King1-2/+4
Rather than relying on the fixup code in init/main.c, explicitly initialise cpu_present_map. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-07-11[PATCH] ARM SMP: Rename cpu_present_mask to cpu_possible_mapRussell King1-1/+1
The kernel's terminology for this is cpu_possible_map not cpu_present_mask. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-07-03[PATCH] ARM: Remove machine description macrosRussell King2-12/+16
Remove the pointless machine description macros, favouring C99 initialisers instead. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-06-29[PATCH] ARM: Remove nmi_tick from integrator platformsRussell King1-1/+0
The nmi watchdog code hasn't been merged for this platform yet. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-06-29[PATCH] ARM: Convert ARM timer implementations to use readl/writelRussell King1-28/+14
Convert ARMs timer implementations to use readl/writel instead of accessing the registers via a struct. People have recently asked if accessing timers via a structure is the "right way" and its not the Linux way. So fix this code to conform to "The Linux Way"(tm). Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk> Acked-by: Catalin Marinas <catalin.marinas@arm.com>
2005-06-26[PATCH] ARM: Add SA_TIMER flag to timer interruptsRussell King1-2/+2
VST needs to know which timer handler is for the timer interrupt. Mark all timer interrupts with the SA_TIMER flag. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-06-20[PATCH] ARM: Remove nmi_tick() from Integrator.Russell King1-1/+0
Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-06-19[PATCH] ARM SMP: Add missed files from Integrator/CP platformRussell King2-0/+229
Add missed new files from basic SMP support for the Integrator/CP platform. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-06-18[PATCH] ARM SMP: Add basic support Integrator/CP platformRussell King3-2/+23
Add basic SMP support for the Integrator/CP platform. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-06-16[PATCH] ARM: 2713/1: Fix the GPIO base for Integrator/CPCatalin Marinas1-1/+0
Patch from Catalin Marinas The GPIO base for Integrator/CP is different from the Integrator/AP. This patch sets the correct value for INTEGRATOR_GPIO_BASE. Signed-off-by: Catalin Marinas Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-05-03[PATCH] ARM: Clean up commenting/spacing for IntegratorRussell King2-3/+5
Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-04-30[PATCH] ARM: IntegratorCP: Fix CLCD MUX selection valuesRussell King1-1/+16
The documentation on these values seems to be rather wrong. These values have been determined by mere trial and error. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk@arm.linux.org.uk>
2005-04-30[PATCH] ARM: RTC: allow driver methods to return errorRussell King1-5/+12
Allow RTC drivers to return error codes from their read_time or read_alarm methods. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk@arm.linux.org.uk>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
