Fix line join, or more exactly a "curve join" problem noted in bug
#690852. I don't know the exact history of gs_setcurvejoin() beyond what is in the documentation and svn logs. Also, I am not sure which HP printer justified it's addition to the pcl code, but it certainly is wrong on the HP Color Laserjet 4600. The procedure and the associated state member in the line parameters type (gxline.h) probably should be deprecated entirely, it's no longer in use. git-svn-id: http://svn.ghostscript.com/ghostscript/trunk@10242 a1074d23-0009-0410-80fe-cf8c14f379e6
