Fix (shadings) : Optimize path manipulations for shading fill (continued 3).
DETAILS :
This patch finaly removes gs_shading_fill_path and its relatives.
Also gx_dc_shading_path_add_box is now private.
This change is algorithmically equivalent.
EXPECTED DIFFERENCES :
None.
